As an Accounts Assistant at Henry Boot PLC, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Finance Department by processing and maintaining the purchase ledger for various group companies. Main Responsibilities
- Processing and coding supplier invoices for group companies.
- Entering supplier invoices and credit notes into the accounting system.
- Data input and maintenance of purchase ledger records.
- Liaising with colleagues internally and suppliers externally to resolve queries.
- Ensuring correct approval is obtained for purchase invoices and payments.
