Location: The Summit, Leicester
Salary: £18,135 per annum with overtime paid at 1.25 x hour rate
Hours: Average of 25 hours per week (contracted to 1,300 hours annually pro rata) between 8am to 8pm. Working Pattern: Evenings and weekend working is regular.

What We’re Looking For:
- A People Person - friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships
- Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Tech savvy - ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office
- Organised and detail orientated, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and accurate records
- Resilient, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods
- No prior property experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service
- Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July & September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
