About Student Roost
Student living is about so much more than just a room, it’s about feeling at home. As a caretaker at Student Roost, you are involved in all aspects of building maintenance, from carrying out small repairs to escorting third-party contractors to any issues within your building. You will also take the lead on compliance checks with your keen eye for detail and precise reporting skills.

- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with following process, with a dedication to Health and Safety
- Resilient, with the ability to get stuck in with messy jobs such as drain blockages and bin store management.
- Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.
- Electrical training will be provided however any additional maintenance qualifications are welcomed, but not essential.
