With a laser-focus on Health and Safety, a personal desire for unbeatable Customer Service and extensive Sales and Marketing drive, our Operations Managers are key to ensuring our residents have an exceptional experience with us.

- Tech savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and confident using Microsoft office applications
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong commitment to ensuring Health & Safety is paramount at your property.
- Extensive Sales and Marketing Drive
- Resilient, with the able to stay calm whilst dealing with complex welfare or anti-social behaviour issues
