You’ll perform building maintenance, carry out repairs, escort contractors, and lead on safety checks with precise reporting. The role supports a welcoming, safe home for residents and requires a proactive, customer‑facing mindset.
Hours: average 37.5 per week, five days out of seven, with 8pm–8am shifts. DBS check is required.
