Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional resident experience by handling enquiries, resolving issues, providing support and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Manage operational duties, assist with sales and payments, follow processes and keep accurate records while ensuring safety and wellbeing across the community.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July-September where increased hours will be required).
