The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Caretaker Hours: Average of 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, 8am to 8pm.

About Student Roost: Student living is about so much more than just a room, it’s about feeling at home. As a caretaker at Student Roost, you are involved in all aspects of building maintenance, from carrying out small repairs to escorting third-party contractors to any issues within your building. You will also take the lead on compliance checks with your keen eye for detail and precise reporting skills. And just as you care for our buildings and the people within them, we’ll take care of you.

  • Comfortable with following process, with a dedication to Health and Safety.
  • Resilient, with the ability to get stuck in with messy jobs such as drain blockages and bin store management.
  • Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Electrical training will be provided; however, any additional maintenance qualifications are welcomed, but not essential.
