Overview
Customer Service Advisor – Student Accommodation
Location: Regents Court and Upperton Road, Leicester
Salary: £12,942.80 with overtime paid at 1.25 x hour rate
Hours: Average of 19 hours per week (contracted to 988 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm.

Please note, successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check.
This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
