Student Roost is hiring a Caretaker for Hollis Croft in Sheffield. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a 5 days out of 7 schedule from 8am to 6pm. The successful candidate will maintain and safeguard our student accommodation, ensuring buildings are safe and well-presented for residents and staff.
You will lead on compliance checks, coordinate with contractors, and play a key role in day-to-day maintenance. A Basic DBS check is required as part of pre-employment checks.
