We are looking for someone to join our Roost on a part time permanent basis, with the successful candidate working 3 days out of 7 between 8am & 6pm. Our new Caretaker will become a key part of our existing, friendly and experienced property team at our Deakins Place property in Nottingham.
Hours: 22.5 hours a week
Salary: £15,736.50

As a Caretaker at Student Roost, you are involved in all aspects of building maintenance, from carrying out small repairs to escorting third-party contractors to any issues within your building. You will also take the lead on compliance checks with your keen eye for detail and precise reporting skills. And just as you care for our buildings and the people within them, we’ll take care of you.
