We are looking for an experienced caretaker to join our Roost on a temporary basis to support with our busy summer period, with the successful candidate working 5 days out of 7 between 8am & 6pm. Our summer painter will become a key part of our existing, friendly and experienced property team at our Dobbies Point property in Glasgow.
Hours: 30 Per week - working 6 hour shifts - 5 days out of 7
Salary: £19,656.00 (£12.60 per hour)

As a Summer Caretaker, you'll play a key role during our busiest season - supporting with room turnarounds, painting and decorating, and helping to keep our buildings safe and compliant during the summer months. You'll work closely with the site team, tackling tasks with care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Painting & Decorating: Refreshing rooms and communal areas to a high standard.
- Maintenance Support: Assisting with minor repairs and reporting larger issues.
- Compliance: Supporting the site with planned preventative maintenance checks.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with site staff to ensure smooth summer operations.
- Compliance Awareness: Following health and safety guidelines in all tasks.
