A great opportunity for someone to join a small and successful team at an established student letting agency based in Canterbury within walking distance from the city centre.
The ideal candidate will be friendly and compassionate with an eye for details, great communication skills both verbal and written, and who will be a supportive and willing team member.
During our busiest season the ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure in what can be a challenging environment, and they will need to be patient and tolerant, as well as professional.
Some of the duties will include:
- Showing prospective tenants available properties suitable for their individual and group needs
- Responding to both telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with not only tenants, but landlords and contractors
- Providing administrative support to the Management team
- Undertaking other relevant tasks that assist in the day to day running of the Agency
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year’s office and lettings experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- ‘A’ Level or higher qualification or equivalent experience
- A valid driver’s licence
- Experience with Social Media is preferred but not essential
