About the Role
As a Technology Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how SLC collaborates with its strategic technology partners. You’ll help drive the implementation of the Target Operating Model across Technology & Security (T&S) and Digital & Data (D&D), ensuring partner delivery models are aligned, integrated and optimised to support enterprise‑wide outcomes. Acting as a key influencer and change agent, you will shift the organisation from transactional supplier management to a strategic, partner‑led approach that delivers innovation, value and long‑term service improvement. You will provide oversight across the technology supplier ecosystem—covering governance, performance, risk and value realisation—while ensuring effective collaboration between SLC leadership teams and partners. This includes assuring partner‑led change, supporting service transition, and enabling modernisation and transformation programmes across the organisation.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable critical thinking and problem‑solving capability, with a pragmatic approach to delivering change.
- Experience contributing to or operating within an Intelligent Client Function or equivalent governance model.
