About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design of user-friendly, channel appropriate, compelling marketing campaigns and content. You will champion Tone of Voice across all digital and print, marketing and communications channels. These deliveries will take the form of a range of operational communications, campaigns and guidance tools including but not limited to: guidance leaflets, social media and campaign content, SMS, emails, film scripts, website content, etc. to support the strategic aims of the marketing department and the wider business. You’ll have the opportunity to shape narratives that reach millions, working on high-impact campaigns that truly make a difference—and have fun doing it. Please note that this is a fixed term role until 30 September 2026.

What you bring

  • Background in media, communications, or marketing environment with proven written skills evidenced by relevant qualification (minimum English SCF Higher/A Level)
  • Meticulous approach to reviewing, proofreading, and quality checking content material with preparation for publication across various channels
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Skills in adapting, re-prioritising, and taking complete ownership of initiatives while managing deadlines, timetables, and multi-tasking effectively
  • Ability to write concise, clear, and persuasive content following professional marketing practices and industry standards
  • Excellent time and project management skills, skilled at managing multi-tasking and competing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Capability to simplify complex information and deliver positive outcomes while ensuring content is Plain English compliant and follows best practice in usability and accessibility
