About the role: SLC are looking to recruit for a Campaign Co‑Ordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team within the wider CX, Policy and Product directorate on a permanent basis. This permanent role sits at the heart of shaping and delivering a continuous programme of impactful campaigns across Apply to Pay, Repayments and CFS.
As a Campaign Co‑ordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping customers navigate their journey with us—spotting opportunities, closing information gaps, and driving timely action through well‑planned, insight‑led campaigns. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, bringing structure, energy and clarity to campaign activity while ensuring high standards of governance, measurement and delivery.

What you bring:
- Experience of planning and delivery whilst managing and monitoring teams progress towards a common goal.
- Experience of leading teams in a delivery environment and managing internal and external suppliers.
- Experience in approaches and techniques to manage and develop teams.
- Experience in campaign lifecycle, including testing, scheduling, co-ordination of deliverables and presentation of results.
- Experienced working in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Very good analytical, literacy and numeracy skills required to analyse data and effectively communicate findings.
- The ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent engagement and motivation skills within a team/function setting.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
