About the role
SLC have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst to join the Customer Comms and Marketing department, on secondment, until 31st March 2026. In this role you will play a critical role in the continuous transfer of information between projects and delivery teams. Our team of analysts are active across all business areas and initiatives and provide subject matter expertise to guide and shape all projects and BAU activities.
What you bring
- Extensive research, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and organizational skills, preferably with experience of managing or participating in projects with complex and conflicting requirements.
- Experience of working across different project methodologies, including the ability to prioritise time and workload.
- Experience of working with cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Previous experience of working as part of a multi-disciplined project team would be desirable
