Job brief
Responsibilities:
- Helping to organise client coaching sessions and obtaining RSVPs to events and meetings
- Minuting and distributing minutes from all meetings
- Maintaining client records and keeping track of contract delivery
- Assisting with the management of the Directors' diary and the company diary
- Supporting Programme Delivery with e.g. sending out pre-programme reading, logging menu requests, sending out joining instructions etc.
- Acting as the first contact for programme delegate enquiries
- Chasing unpaid invoices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Experience in book-keeping practices
- Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills & ability to detect inconsistencies
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in managing data and CRM systems management
- Excellent communication, people skills and telephone manner
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and compiling reports and databases
