Student Castle is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to manage repairs and maintenance across our Southampton sites. You will supervise contractors, plan both reactive and preventative works, and monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will perform minor electrical repairs, decorating, and general fabric maintenance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operation of all building services and plant.
