About The Role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Account Management Team Lead to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead the Senior Account Management Team, fostering significant growth for both new brands and our established portfolio.
  • Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Motivate your team to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals through strategic account management and proactive client engagement.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, enhance strategies, and report on essential success metrics.
  • Take charge of forecasting and pipeline management to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the company\'s strategic direction and drive impactful initiatives.

Requirements
