Position Description
Position Summary
The Student Office Assistant will support the Director and Assistant Director of Teacher Education, Field Placement Coordinator, and the Administrative Assistant in completing tasks necessary to the office.
Qualifications
- Experience working with various computer systems and strong organizational skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn new computer skills and programs.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good editing and proofreading skills.
- Creativity.
- Accurate data management and attention to detail.

Dress Code
For office support, classroom apparel is acceptable, with professional teaching attire for representation at meetings.
