This position supports the administration of the Collaboratory office.

Primary Duties
  • Update and publish weekly collab connection email.
  • Maintain Development Donor Response slips by adding email addresses to contact database and removing contacts from the mailing list.
  • Follow the Student Admin Manual for weekly and monthly tasks (e.g., add new members, update donor reports on Insightly, maintain Insightly student information).
  • Data management of Collaboratory students, alumni, donors and other contacts.
  • Projects as assigned.
  • General maintenance of equipment (e.g., charging batteries, updating software).
  • Label files for site teams and site team members.
  • Make sure that the first aid kits are up-to-date.
  • Copy, scan, and label passports.
  • Register site teams with the embassy.
  • Create an emergency contact list for each site team.
  • Create an emergency card for each site team member.
  • Create luggage tags for each team (4/person).
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Secondary Duties
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office is necessary.
