StubHub International (SHI) is a marketplace that provides fans a safe, transparent, and trusted environment to buy and sell tickets for sport and music events all over the world. The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our Marketing team who lives and breathes digital aesthetics. We need a "creator" - someone who can take a campaign goal and turn it into a scroll-stopping visual masterpiece for key marketing channels of Social, CRM, and Paid Search. While you’re skilled at writing a punchy CTA, your real superpower is your ability to bring a brand to life through digital content, ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity across all marketing assets. This is a fast-paced, high-autonomy role for a creative who wants to own the "look" of a brand across multiple markets and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of what our digital presence can be.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-impact visual assets for key marketing channels - Social (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), CRM (HTML email, banners), and display/PPC.
  • Own the creative process from brief and initial concept through to final delivery.
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring every asset - from a GIF to an HTML email is premium and cohesive.
  • Partner with channel leads to solve performance challenges with design-led solutions.
  • Use channel feedback to tweak layouts, imagery, and CTAs to constantly improve conversion.
  • Support your designs with clear, confident copy that fits the brand voice and drives action.
  • Act as a collaborative creative partner, sharing ideas, knowledge, and inspiration across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a design-based role (in-house or agency).
  • Expert-level proficiency in tools such as HTML email, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects).
  • Experience developing content to suit requirements in Paid Social, CRM, and Paid Search (and understands best practice within each channel).
  • Ability to create both static graphics and short-form motion/video content.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own creative workload.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, always-on marketing environment.
  • Confident experimenting with AI tools.
  • Passion for sport and/or live music is a bonus!
