The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Content Specialist who blends strong visual thinking with confident copy to bring our brand to life across Social, CRM, and Paid Search. In this hands‐on role, you'll create bold, on‐brand content that cuts through a competitive market, working closely with channel leads to turn campaign goals into creative that connects with audiences across multiple markets. You will report to the Senior Brand and Communications Manager. This is a fast‐paced, autonomous role for a creative who thrives on juggling projects and pushing ideas further.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, on‐brand assets that combine strong visuals and compelling copy for Paid Social, CRM, and Paid Search
  • Develop fresh, scroll‐stopping creative that brings the brand to life and grabs attention
  • Write clear, confident copy that reflects our tone of voice and drives engagement
  • Own the creative process from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Partner with channel leads to translate campaign goals into standout creative
  • Bring ideas to the table on how to do things differently, improve what exists, and solve creative challenges
  • Respond to feedback and performance insights to evolve creative and messaging
  • Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across channels, while adapting content to context
  • Act as a collaborative creative partner, sharing ideas, knowledge, and inspiration across the team

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a content creation role (in‐house or agency)
  • Strong design skills with an eye for bold visuals, layout, and detail
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to flex tone and style across channels
  • Experience developing content to suit requirements in Paid Social, CRM, and Paid Search (and understands best practice within each channel)
  • Confident using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HTML templates
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own creative workload
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and confident sharing ideas
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast‐moving, always‐on marketing environment
