We are looking for a driven, proactive Finance Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be accountable for the full Finance operations, including transaction processing, management reporting, and working capital management.

You will be leading the transition from our fractional Finance team to running the Finance function fully in-house. Once you are embedded in the business and can execute the existing processes, you will be expected to drive improvements in our operations. This includes establishing a new structure for any accounting support that you need.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a consumer goods business, a clear vision of best practices, and the ability to implement them. This role presents the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a scaling business and take meaningful steps forward in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries, prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and ensure all accounts are clean and fully reconciled
  • Prepare the monthly Board reporting
  • Own our 16 week cash flow planning process, ensuring that we optimise our cost of capital
  • Monitor stock movements across systems to ensure accuracy
  • Manage supplier relationships
