Are you looking for an after school or summer job? Our energetic kitchen team are looking for Kitchen Assistants to join the team for our busy summer season. Our kitchen provides three meals a day to our residential customers staying on site, your role would be supporting the chefs in our 5 star rated kitchen to enable that to happen. Hours are 7am-2.30pm or 3-8pm including weekends, 3-5 days a week - ideally this would suit a student but we are open to the right applicant.

Duties include:

  • Seeing in deliveries and signing delivery notes.
  • Washing up chefs equipment, and pot wash machine after meal service.
  • Regular cleaning of equipment and area to maintain our 5 star hygiene rating.
  • Light food preparation and assisting chefs.
  • Loading and unloading items round the site.
  • Serving our residential customers.
  • Keeping our dining rooms clean and serviceable.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Good level of spoken English and understanding.
  • Hardworking and energetic.
  • Able to be proactive in the role.
  • Punctual time keeper.
  • Food Allergy awareness (Training will be given).
