Founded in 2018, the mission of Stubben Edge is to do insurance differently, making financial services simple, affordable and accessible. We are seeking to revolutionise financial services and offer our products and brands to a wider audience. We are expanding rapidly, both organically and inorganically. Future acquisitions are on the immediate horizon and the company is looking to quadruple its revenue again over the next 12-18 months. As well as our London headquarters, we now also have offices in India, South Africa, and Guernsey.
The Insurance Product Graduate plays a critical role in supporting the product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to build, launch and performance tracking. This position assists in designing and refining insurance products and services in your market segment, ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.
Working closely with product specialists, managers, underwriters, marketing, and customer service teams, the Insurance Product Graduate is responsible for gathering market insights, analysing competitor products, advising on new product opportunities and relationships, building e-tradeable insurance products, and helping implement strategic initiatives to enhance product performance and competitivity and ensuring all products are properly listed on Flightdeck.
What you’ll do:
- Support research, design, and development of new e-tradeable insurance product journeys
- Analyse markets, competitors, and product performance
- Keep our Flightdeck CRM platform up to date with accurate product information
- Coordinate with tech, compliance, marketing and sales teams
- Assist with reporting, product launches, and documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduate with a 2:2 degree or above, a humanities subject is favourable but not essential
- Strong academic background
- Soft skills are key - A good communicator and collaborator as this is both an internal and external facing role
- May already have work experience following graduation (desirable but not essential)
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Someone who is interested in the Insurance and Financial Services industry
- Right to work in the UK, London-based 3 days a week
- Proactive, detail-driven, and eager to learn
