About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Coordinator to join our growing team at the Victoria location in Cornwall. This is a full‑time role that offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking business.
Location: Victoria, Cornwall
Responsibilities:
- Process workshop job packs and convert technician write‑ups into clear, accurate invoices.
- Handle retail invoicing, warranty claims and contract claims.
- Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure job packs move efficiently through the system.
- Support sublet recharges, purchase order numbers and general invoicing queries.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Detail-focused with strong organisational skills.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Able to build effective working relationships.
- Experienced in customer service (motor trade experience preferred).
