- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and lead qualification.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and consistently hitting targets.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
- Use Salesforce and structured sales methodologies to track progress, analyze performance, and refine outreach strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to position Stuart as the preferred delivery partner.
- Represent Stuart at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, foodtech, SaaS, or retail.
- Proven ability to sell into mid-market businesses and navigate complex sales cycles (typically 3-6 months).
- Strong consultative sales skills; able to identify client pain points and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Comfortable running outbound sales motions, including cold outreach, networking, and pipeline management.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage pipeline and reporting.
