The role

We are currently looking for a Head of Product Management, Growth based in London or Paris. You will own the definition of the strategy and roadmap, and their execution for strategic areas of growth for Stuart. You will directly own the PnL for product-led areas, and play a critical role in delivering new winning B2B offering. These growth areas are a top priority for Stuart and are tracked at the executive level. You will have two Product Managers reporting to you, and work closely with software engineers, product designers and analysts. In addition, your role will entail close collaboration with our operations and commercial teams, and frequent client-facing interactions.

You will join the Product and Analytics function and will report to Alexis Fabre Ringborg, VP Product and Analytics, based in London. Working from the office 3 days a week is required.

What will I be doing?

  • Define and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap – Own the vision, strategy, and execution for high-priority growth areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives and executive priorities.
  • Own the P&L for product-led revenue streams – Take full accountability for revenue and margin of a key product-led business line, collaborating with marketing, operations and other product teams.
  • Lead the development of a new enterprise offering – Oversee the end-to-end definition, design, development, and go-to-market strategy for a new B2B product, working closely with operations, engineering, design, commercial teams, and clients.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Growth Product team – Manage and mentor two direct-report Product Managers, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance oversight while fostering a strong product culture.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design and analysts – Lead a team of 15+ engineers, designers and analysts, setting a compelling vision, defining clear priorities, and driving execution excellence.
  • Own growth-related KPIs and experimentation – Define and track key performance metrics, implement data-driven experimentation, and optimize conversion, retention, and expansion across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams – Work hand-in-hand with sales, account management, and operations to shape product offerings, refine go-to-market strategies, and ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Engage directly with clients and the market – Drive customer discovery, validate market opportunities, and represent the product in strategic client interactions to shape product direction and drive adoption.
  • Evangelize a growth mindset across the company – Champion product-led growth principles, experiment-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock new revenue opportunities.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in B2B, marketplace, or logistics-tech environments.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation, owning P&L, and scaling product-led revenue streams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
  • Strategic and execution-focused, able to build a compelling vision and distill it into clear roadmaps and deliver measurable impact.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience optimizing growth metrics, and running experiments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, aligning engineering, design, analytics, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, comfortable engaging with executives and enterprise clients.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, skilled at navigating ambiguity, identifying two-way door decisions, and knowing when to use judgement.
  • Hands-on and gets things done – willing to roll up your sleeves, dive into the details, and overcome obstacles to deliver results.
