The Role:

As Junior E-commerce Operations Administrator, you\’ll sit at the heart of our online business—providing day-to-day operational support across all touchpoints, from managing orders, returns and customer enquiries to ensuring the wider office runs efficiently. Reporting directly to the Creative Director & Founder, you\’ll be the operational glue that allows the creative team to focus on growing the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Management
    – Process online sales, monitor dispatch queues and maintain accurate stock records.
  2. Fulfilment & Returns
    – Oversee pick-pack-ship workflows, liaise with couriers and manage returns to agreed SLAs.
  3. Customer Service
    – Own the customer inbox and live-chat, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
  4. Platform Administration
    – Update product, inventory and content on Shopify (prior experience a plus).
  5. Office Support
    – Coordinate general office supplies, meeting rooms and basic facilities tasks.
  6. Intern Coordination
    – Allocate and track daily tasks for interns, providing guidance and feedback.
  7. Reporting
    – Provide concise operational updates to Stuart, our Creative Director & Founder.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years\’ experience in an e-commerce or administrative role (graduate entry welcomed).
  • Familiarity with order-management systems; Shopify proficiency advantageous.
  • Confident communicator with first-class customer-service standards.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly.
  • Proactive, detail-driven and eager to learn.
