Sales Assistant – Bathroom Showroom Position

Based in our Plumbline showroom located at Porchester Road, Nottingham, we are seeking an articulate individual who is smart in appearance.

Their primary responsibility is to guide the client from their initial enquiry, through our design process and to create and sell them their dream bathroom.

All training will be provided in this role, but some previous retail experience is required.

Sales matter in this role, but your real focus will be on the customer. You’ll provide design inspiration, ideas, and support – asking questions, exploring possibilities, and recommending the right products. You’ll quickly strike up relationships that help you really understand each customer’s dreams. By drawing up designs and coordinating the resulting projects, you’ll make them a reality.

Personality and verve are crucial in this customer-facing role, and we are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills and a solution-led outlook. As a full-time retail sales position, weekend working is a given, and we are offering a competitive package including a sales-based commission scheme.

Salary is depending on experience in this position.
