As a Production Operative at STS Defence, you will play an integral role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of advanced electrical systems used in defence technology. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Prepare and assemble units / PCBs (including soldering) in accordance with detailed work instruction sheets, customer specific drawings and specifications
- Verify that routings and detailed Work Instruction Sheets are being followed for all activities
- Ensure compliance to the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental procedures
- Become proficient in relevant procedures and processes
- Apply a professional and conscientious approach in your day-to-day operations
