Our technical training team and Operational team will fill in the blanks so that, even if this is your first rodeo in the automotive sector, you'll be up to speed in no time. The Day to Day Tyre fitting, services, repairs and MOTs are the order of the day in our centres. As Centre Manager, you'll ensure we deliver all of it to industry leading standards. You'll keep our customers safe on the road and have them walking out of the door with smiles on their faces. You'll also share your customer service expertise with the team, supporting them so that they can help you build a customer community around the centre. Who we're looking for We want to meet people who are as ambitious about delivering great service as they are about their careers. Maybe you'll have been an Assistant Manager elsewhere, or perhaps you'll be looking to step up. Either way, you'll be used shouldering responsibility and will have worked your way up in auto repair or fast-fit roles where you supported your team delivered amazing customer experiences.
