STS Aviation Services are rapidly growing, and we are looking for six experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics to be part of our journey as the leading UK MRO. If you want to be part of the next chapter of our journey playing a key role at our Manchester Hangar, then we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
All aspects of major structural repair and modifications, including but not limited to:
- Removal of major aircraft structural sections, whilst stress jacked.
- Working to fine tolerances and high standards.
- Upholding high standards of housekeeping.
- Adhering to company and manufacturer procedures.
- Implementing modifications from drawings and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed aircraft engineering apprenticeship, production, or live aircraft experience.
- Ideally 5 years of live aircraft and structures experience.
- Demonstrable experience in aircraft modification/production environment.
- Experience in implementing and carrying out aircraft component modifications.
- Capable of reading manufacturers\’ drawings and SRMs.
- Excellent hand skills.
- Takes full ownership and responsibility for own tasks.
- Good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
