Responsibilities:
All aspects of major structural repair and modifications, including but not limited to:
- Removal of major aircraft structural sections, whilst stress jacked.
- Working to fine tolerances and high standards.
- Upholding high standards of housekeeping.
- Adhering to company and manufacturer procedures.
- Implementing modifications from drawings and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed aircraft engineering apprenticeship, production, or live aircraft experience.
- Ideally 5 years of live aircraft and structures experience.
- Demonstrable experience in aircraft modification/production environment.
- Experience in implementing and carrying out aircraft component modifications.
- Capable of reading manufacturers\’ drawings and SRMs.
- Excellent hand skills.
- Takes full ownership and responsibility for own tasks.
- Good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
