About the Role: We are currently recruiting B1 Licensed Engineers to join our Manchester Hangar. Both permanent and contract positions are available. Ideal candidates should have experience with the following type ratings: Boeing 737/787, Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
- Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.
- Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, meeting on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability to exceed customer expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- Part 66 CAA License, B1 (essential).
- Previous experience in Base Maintenance.
- Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK Driving License (essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
