STS Engine Services is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a proactive HR service in a growing aviation engineering environment.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR reporting and policy development, reporting to the HR Manager.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or progression towards such, strong UK HR knowledge and experience in HRIS.

This is a permanent, on-site position in Stansted, Essex, with typical Monday–Friday hours.
