Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining data, producing reports, and inputting data on a project completions database
  • Review engineering drawings/documentation to determine commissioning systems
  • Review quality documents to determine completeness and suitability
  • Assign inspection and test records to appropriate item tags
  • Update the completions database as revisions or as-built documents are received

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Have an engineering or technical qualification to degree or diploma level
  • Familiar with electrical, and instrumentation works in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Familiar with quality control and inspection documents
  • Be able to read various engineering documents such as datasheets, layout drawings, loop drawings etc.
  • Be familiar with databases and producing reports
  • Be detail oriented and able to review various submissions for completeness and accuracy
