STS Defence is recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative in Gosport, UK. You will join a structured training programme designed to build skills in PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, cable and harness assembly, and box build techniques.
You will train under the Production Training Co-ordinator and experienced operatives to produce work to high standards. You will learn to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation, develop IPC-aligned soldering skills, and contribute to 5S.
