As an STS Defence apprentice, you’ll join an exciting, innovative technology and engineering company where we’ll make it our mission to invest in you by offering career development programmes that will support you in reaching your full potential. We’ll give you the knowledge, skills and experience that you’ll need. We’ll teach, motivate and engage you in challenging tasks that will develop you into the best you can be. You’ll be given the chance to experience all the different aspects of our business.

What You’ll Do At Work

  • Prepare and assemble units / PCB’s (including soldering) in accordance with detailed work instruction sheets, customer specific drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret complex CCA drawings, including systems and notes.
  • Verify that routings and detailed Work Instruction Sheets have been followed for all activities.
