Key Responsibilities

  • Aircraft Maintenance & Certification: Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul of B767 aircraft, covering both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards.
  • Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of aircraft mechanics and support staff, setting high standards for maintenance practices and execution.
  • Efficiency & Timeliness: Ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule to meet customer expectations for on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Licensing: Part 66 CAA License (B1/B2) with B767 type rating.
  • Experience: Previous base maintenance experience, with a strong understanding of MRO processes.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Full UK driving license and proficiency in MS Office applications.
