About the Role:
We are currently recruiting B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers to join our NewquayHangar on a 4 week contract . Candidates will need to be typed and recent on B737NG on their UKCAA license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
- Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.
- Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, meeting on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability to exceed customer expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Base Maintenance .
- Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills .
- Full UK Driving License (essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications .
