What You Will Do

Our spine business unit offers one of the most comprehensive and diverse product portfolios, including leading 3D-printed technologies, enabling surgeons to provide their patients with treatment options.
Our products include implants, instruments, and biologic solutions for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
As a Spine Sales Representative, you will promote and sell Stryker’s spinal products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in various settings, including hospital theatres, demonstrating the value of our products persuasively. You will focus on maintaining effective relationships and developing new clients within your territory. You will systematically track your territory progress (Central London), proactively communicate your findings, and aim to exceed sales goals. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and advise medical representatives on proper product use and maintenance.

- Proven success in sales within the medical device industry (operating theatre or surgical sales experience preferred) or a background in Orthopaedics.
