Overview
The Joint Replacement Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory and associated orthopaedic product lines across West Sussex and East Hampshire. This will be accomplished by representing Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role requires building and maintaining strong business relationships and developing and implementing sales strategies to increase results throughout the territory. You will communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to the product portfolio and educational programs. You will manage existing business and account manage established customers while pursuing new opportunities within the territory.

Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate the benefits of a complex and wide-ranging product portfolio.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts.
- Plan and execute territory activities and monitor measures to achieve budget.
- Develop and manage relationships with users of the hip and knee portfolio, including physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration to provide qualitative, sales-oriented consultation.
- Ensure products are sold within in-house guidelines and contribute to revenue growth and margin targets.
- Manage contracts and pricing agreements in the territory in coordination with the Regional Manager and Product Manager.
- Represent Stryker to all levels of healthcare professionals, commissioners and managers in the territory.
Qualifications
Education
Degree education preferable but not essential for exceptional candidates
Experience
