We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector who is looking for a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive, ambitious and fun team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Stryker’s smaller business units that is Interventional Spine (IVS). Our innovative high quality portfolio includes a mix of both implant and capital products to support the evolution for the treatment of Spinal Fractures and Pain Management therapies. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional who is committed to driving growth in their territory.
As an Interventional Spine (IVS) Sales Rep, you will have the opportunity to sell products that save and radically benefit patients’ lives by transforming healthcare. What you will do
In this role, you have the rare opportunity to pitch innovative capital products that deliver measurable cost savings to hospitals while aligning with their sustainability goals. You will engage a broad range of stakeholders, including both clinical and non-clinical buyers—to build long-term strategic partnerships. Demonstrating your ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pricing strategies and high-level negotiations, backed by clear implementation methods and a strong focus on return on investment. You’ll be responsible for systematically tracking progress within your territory, accurately forecasting sales, and proactively communicating insights to drive continuous improvement and exceed performance targets. When onsite with customers, your deep product knowledge and quick problem-solving will be essential in educating and supporting surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of our devices. As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment—driven by a shared commitment to making healthcare better through Stryker’s leading-edge solutions.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Pitch and illustrate cost saving capital to non-clinical stakeholders
- Support customers in delivering on sustainability goals through leveraging the portfolio
- Prospect potential new customers and/or users of Stryker IVS portfolio
- Develop relationships with existing customers and maintain base business
- Develop technical skill levels for in-servicing clinical staff
- Introduce new products in line with launches and training plans
- Increase account penetration via value added programmes
- Develop partnership approach by developing strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Support interventional procedures in theatre
- Manage capital pipeline using CRM Salesforce
- Build out business plans and objectives based on growth, customer needs and market opportunity
- Participate in Quarterly Business Planning, Account Planning and local Market Modelling activity
- Work with and identify Key Opinion Leaders

What You Need
- Training in a medical / scientific / technical career or a degree in sciences / business based subject (or equivalent experience)
- An individual who takes ‘ownership’ with a focus on delivering results
- Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win
- Somebody aligned to our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen, ideally a knowledge of the NHS / Private medical sector
- English language
- A full, valid driver’s license
- Proven success in medical device sales would be advantageous
- Experience in Medical devices within Spine or Pain management would be advantageous
