Join to apply for the Sales Representative – IVS, London & South East UK role at Stryker. We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector and are looking for a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive, ambitious and fun team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) unit, with a portfolio that includes implant and capital products for spinal fractures treatment and pain management therapies.
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a fast-paced environment, helping to deliver innovative products and technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
Location: South East & London. Travel: 80%.
What you will do
- Pitch and illustrate cost-saving capital to non-clinical stakeholders
- Support customers in delivering on sustainability goals through leveraging the portfolio
- Prospect potential new customers and/or users of the Stryker IVS portfolio
- Develop relationships with existing customers and maintain base business
- Develop technical skill levels for in-servicing clinical staff
- Introduce new products in line with launches and training plans
- Increase account penetration via value-added programmes
- Develop partnership approach by building strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Support interventional procedures in theatre
- Manage capital pipeline using CRM Salesforce
- Build out business plans and objectives based on growth, customer needs and market opportunity
- Participate in Quarterly Business Planning, Account Planning and local Market Modelling activity
- Work with and identify Key Opinion Leaders
What You Need
- Training in a medical / scientific / technical career or a degree in sciences / business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Drive and desire to succeed and win
- Aligned to values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen, ideally knowledge of the NHS / Private medical sector
- English language
- Full, valid driver’s license
- Proven success in medical device sales would be advantageous
- Experience in medical devices within Spine or Pain management would be advantageous
