Product Support Specialist – Manual and Robotic – Southampton & Portsmouth Join to apply for the Product Support Specialist – Manual and Robotic – Southampton & Portsmouth role at Stryker . Overview We are seeking a talented, highly motivated professional responsible for driving Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Robotics business in Hampshire. The role includes training and certification in supporting the Mako Smart Robotics program, with a focus on delivering results, improving outcomes, and enhancing patient lives. Key Responsibilities Develop effective territory sales strategies to foster growth. Achieve annual sales targets and key performance indicators. Train and support surgeons and operating room staff in robotic applications and related equipment to ensure optimal use. Utilize proprietary software for pre-operative planning and assist in implant procedures. Build and maintain relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, and procurement professionals. Conduct product demonstrations and clinical staff training. Provide in-theatre product support for manual and robotic surgeries. Collaborate with team members and participate in professional events. Keep up-to-date with product, technology, and market developments. Coordinate with other Stryker divisions to increase market share. Experience & Competencies Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a proactive approach. Self-motivated, ownership of work, and driven to learn and improve. Strong relationship-building skills, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering safe and effective solutions. High ethical standards and integrity. Excellent communication and presentation skills. At least 2 years of successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred. Knowledge of NHS, theatre environments, or medical devices advantageous.
