In this role you will support surgeons and hospital staff in the Upper Extremities portfolio, provide clinical product support, give training and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical product support and on-site guidance during surgeries.
- Resolve technical product and service issues and give training/education to assigned accounts.
- Communicate product benefits and clinical applications to surgeons and staff.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and use open questioning techniques to ascertain needs.
- Achieve sales results in line with annual sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Maintain existing customers and collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments.
- Administer IT-based customer database/CRM tools.
- Participate in in-house meetings to discuss organizational and business issues.
- Support/maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to basic business planning with mentor and manage daily, weekly, monthly planning.
Clinical/Technical Expertise:
- Serve as front-line clinical and technical support before, during and after procedures.
- Educate surgeons and staff on clinical benefits and best practices.
- Complete designated training levels and understand basic manual procedures.
- Competently cover complex primary and revision procedures.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, analytical and planning skills.
- Aptitude for learning and flexible approach to work.
- Strong teamwork, networking and computer skills (MS Office).
- Tech savvy and experienced working in theatre (beneficial).
- Willingness to travel and occasional weekend work.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with ethical integrity.
- Interest in anatomy and physiology.
- Valid UK driver’s licence.
