Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead HRIS Analyst to act as the functional and technical expert for UKG Workforce Management in the UK. You will manage timekeeping and leave processes, ensure live-site stability, and drive continuous improvement across HR technology, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders.
