What You Will Do

  • You’ll help shape and manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives that brings the Neurovascular EMEA commercial strategy to life.
  • Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring discipline, transparency and insight to our highest-priority initiatives, helping to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Translating strategic priorities into a clear portfolio of initiatives
    • Prioritising projects based on business value, capacity and strategic importance
    • Managing multiple cross-functional strategic projects simultaneously
    • Identifying dependencies, risks and opportunities across initiatives
    • Supporting governance, executive reporting and portfolio dashboards
    • Applying structured problem‑solving approaches to support strategic decision‑making
    • Partnering with commercial leaders to develop business cases and strategic analyses
    • Conducting market, customer and competitive analyses to generate actionable insights
    • Ensuring initiatives remain aligned with the long‑term strategic direction of the Neurovascular business

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with outstanding execution. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and bringing structure to complex business challenges. You’ll likely have experience in one of the following environments:

Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting or leading strategic programmes, transformation initiatives or insight‑led projects
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
  • Experience influencing across matrix organisations
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to simplify complex business problems
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working across international or regional organisations
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceuticals; Neurovascular experience is an advantage
  • Experience developing business cases, market analyses and strategic recommendations

Travel

Up to 30% across EMEA.
