A Manufacturing Operator effectively builds the products manufactured by Stryker to the required quality standard.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble, test and package product in strict accordance with Work Instructions.
  • Transfer Material to designated areas.
  • Receive Materials.
  • Perform other such operations on Product for which appropriate training/instruction has been given.
  • Be aware of the Quality imperative in all aspects of work.

What You Need

  • GCSE’s or equivalent including Mathematics and English, Grade A-C or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality systems in a Manufacturing Environment would be preferred.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to effectively follow work instructions and procedures.

Shift

  • We have positions available for both of the below shifts:
  • Day Shift - Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 6.30pm.
  • Evening Shift - Monday - Thursday 8pm - 6.30am.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
